Easy Cinnamon Roll Waffles

Looking for a tasty, super easy breakfast for Christmas?!?! Try these cinnamon roll waffles! These are so fun to make and sure to be a crowd pleaser as well! My friend Scarlett showed this idea on Instagram. As soon as I saw it I knew I wanted to try it because Jake is a bag fan of cinnamon rolls. To be honest, I am not a big fan of cinnamon rolls, but for some reason…. cinnamon rolls in the waffle iron…. I LOVED!

Supplies

Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls

Any brand will work! This is just what I found at the grocery store. They tasted really yummy to! Plus the little dough boy on the front is so cute!

Cooking Spray

Waffle Iron

Any waffle iron will work. Here are links to the Snowflake and Gingerbread waffle irons I used.

Step One

Gather supplies. Plug in waffle iron to warm up.

Open up the Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls and break the dough into sections.

Set frosting to the side to be used later.

Step Two

Once the waffle iron is warmed up, spray the waffle iron with cooking spray. Then place a cinnamon roll slice on the waffle iron and close it.

For these little mini waffle irons it took about 3-4 mins for each cinnamon roll to cook.

Once the cinnamon roll waffle is done, take it out of the waffle iron and put it on a plate.

Repeat for remaining cinnamon rolls.

Step Three

Now for the fun part! Drizzle the waffles with frosting. I heated up the frosting for about 8-10 seconds before applying it to waffles. ( Just make sure to take off the metal top on the frosting before microwaving.)

Add some fruit with the waffles, and enjoy!

Thank you so much for stopping by today! If you get a chance to make these fun cinnamon roll waffles, tag me! I would love to see your creations you make. Hope you have a very merry Christmas!
