Last weekend I got to go to Festival Of Colors with my cute husband Jake and my friend Jenny! Jenny brought her 2 adorable kids, and we all had so much fun! We got to go up on the temple and watch some people throw color, and even braved the crowds and went to the big mosh pit for a color throwing. They throw color every hour, so you can get lots of color time in if you want 🙂 When you are in the big crowd, and all the color goes up in the air, its a bit suffocating..but its fun 😉
We had a fun time welcoming spring time! We even got to eat some yummy indian food while we were there! Here are some pictures of our fun adventures! (p.s I am still finding color in my ears 🙂
We couldn’t leave Tuna out of the fun, so he wore a plastic bag around him so the color didn’t stain him. He could of had a bath in the washing machine after, but it was just easier to have him stay in a bag so he didn’t get to dirty.
The lamas are my favorite! I always like to go over to their area, and say hello and pet them 🙂 They are very friendly!

April 4, 2013Awesome!!! I did something kinda similar, a color me rad race and they covered us in those colors as we ran a 5k and what a cool experience!!!!! Did you have a hard time getting that powder off your hair? I had to shampoo my hair twice or maybe 3 times, LOL!!!
