Jake and I have heard lots about a restaurant in downtown Salt Lake called The Copper Onion for quite awhile now. We have never had a chance to go till recently. We had both heard such amazing reviews, we knew we had to go. It was pretty good! I don’t know if we would go again since it was a little pricey, but we enjoyed the food and had a fun time! My favorite items we got were the pickles, french fries and homemade ice-cream. Jake loved the sautéed mushrooms!
