HB Cafe and Juicery

Jackson Hole Old West days started around 10am with the parade so we got to start our morning off with some yummy fresh food at HB Cafe and Juicery.  When we walked up to this picnic display we were dying over how cute everything looked!   And the best part, not only did the food look good, it tasted fantastic!  We got to try a variety of items and it was all super tasty!  I am craving an acai bowl right now I write this blog post up, it was so YUM!

Old West Days Parade

Old West  Days only comes around once a year in Jackson Hole!  There are so many fun events going on for the celebration, make sure to check out the Jackson Hole Chamber for a list of the weekend events.  The Chamber is a great resource to use when traveling in Wyoming for every city you visit!

The parade was super fun to watch!  It was full of horses, mules, tractors, cowboys and more!  I had no idea how big mules were in person,  I really liked seeing them!  There were lots of people in the parade handing out candy during the parade we were totally on a sugar high for the rest of the day! It was awesome!  The candy alone was worth being in the front row of the parade!

The town puts up bleachers, but you can also bring a chair if you want to sit for the parade!

Mountain Man Rendezvous

The Mountain Man Rendezvous is located on the fair grounds on a big nice grassy field.  Here you can try out throwing tomahawks, and find all sorts of handmade goods!  There are really some works of art here!    It is fun to walk around and explore!  Make sure to bring some cash with you since not all of the vendors take cards!

Jackson Hole Old West Days Rodeo

Talk about an amazing Rodeo!!  We have been to quite a few rodeos in our day, and this one was ACTION packed!  The Jackson Hole Old West Days Rodeo really was an amazing one to attend!  There were so many riders that really stepped it up!  It was such a nice evening out to, but I was so glad I brought a coat!  It really cools down at night in Jackson!

We had dinner at the rodeo and it was super good!  It was my first time trying frito pie!  It is pretty much like chili, cheese and toppings on top of fritos! I mean… YES PLEASE!  Jake and I normally share bites of our food with each other so we can try diffrent items, but by the time I took my first bite of my chicken burger, Jake inhaled his pulled pork sandwich and the whole thing was gone!   I think that ment he really loved it!
