This week Jake and I got to have a super fun snow date at Park City Mountain Resort.  It was so much fun!  In college I got a snowboarding pass every year and took night classes so I could snowboard.  I miss those fun days, so being able to go snowboarding was a real treat! And even more of a treat to go with Jake 🙂

We had so much fun going down some of our favorite runs and enjoying the beautiful weather out!  The clouds were so incredible, I couldn’t stop looking at them all day! The pictures don’t do them justice! They were so incredible against the bright blue sky!  It also didn’t hurt that it was so nice and sunny out! The weather was perfect! We even got goggle sun tan lines! haha

After a fun day on the mountain, we felt like some waffles so we headed to Waffle Luv.  We had never been to their new restaurant so we thought we would check it out.  I am a big food truck fan, so I didn’t know how I would like the food at a restaurant, but I love it! I think what I loved most of all was having a nice place to sit and eat!  Jake and I both got the chocolate stuffed waffle with whip cream and strawberries.  It was a winner!
