Want a fun idea for your upcoming Christmas Party?! What about a Santa themed party complete with cookies, milk and even a station to write letters to Santa!
Cookies for Santa Dessert Spread
Jake and I wanted to put together a fun Christmas Party this year! We were trying to think of a fun theme for the party and we though a Santa themed party would be appropriate! Milk and Cookies were a must since those are Santa’s favorites 🙂
My favorite place for cookies in a cute bakery called The Chocolate! At Christmas time they make the cutest Christmas tree shaped sugar cookies that are extra delicious and extra cute! Every year Jake and I pick up cookies from there for Santa, so we thought they would be a must for the party!
At The Chocolate they have so many fun cookies to pick from! Ever since we have lived in Utah, I always get treats from there for our parties! The treats always look beautiful and taste super yummy; both which are important to me! When I picked up the cookies, I was hoping the spread would look great, and I was so happy with how it all turned out! It was so fun to have a big variety of cookies and treats for our guests! Everyone enjoyed them so much, the treats were eaten up! That is what I like to see! 🙂
If you are needing any holiday treats for your upcoming events, check out The Chocolate! They also have cute venues that you can rent out a room. I have done a few baby showers before at The Chocolate and rented out a room, and they did all the treats! It was super easy and fun and made hosting a breeze!
Milk Station
Putting together this milk station was super fun! For the drinks we did skim milk, chocolate milk, almond milk and eggnog! Doesn’t it just seem like Christmas with eggnog?!! For the dispensers I wanted them raised so you could fit the milk glass underneath with ease. These fun milk glasses are from Crate and Barrel a few years ago, but I linked to some other fun ones below 🙂
A concern of mine with having milk for drinks was how to keep them cold. I ended up freezing water bottles and put them in the dispensers. Underneath the galvanized buckets I hid ice bags. It worked out great and kept the drinks really cold all night long!

Snowflake Photo Booth
A photo booth for any party is always a great edition! They are easy to put together and a fun activity guests can do if there is any down time! I always like to have some props as well so people can make their picture festive to go along with the party theme!
Snowflake Station
I wanted to have some fun holiday activities for people to spread the crowds to different areas of the home. Also it sounded super fun to make snowflakes! I forgot to take a picture of our snowflake table, but we had a station for it! You could cut out snowflakes and tape your finished flake up on the photo backdrop! Everyone did a great job on the snowflakes and made the photo booth look fab! Wish I got a picture of the completed backdrop, oh well 🙂 Sometimes it’s good to get lost in the moment!

Letters to Santa Station
You are never to old to write a letter to Santa! Another activity we had was a station to write letters to Santa! Jake had the fun idea of having everyone write the letter with your non dominate hand to make it look more official! The letters turned out pretty cute! After the party we left out the supplies so we can make our letters to Santa too!

Ugly Sweaters are a must for a Christmas Party
Did you know Jake and I met at an Ugly Sweater Christmas party!? We thought since we were having a Christmas party, everyone should wear ugly sweaters! The funny thing about ugly sweaters these days is they are really pretty cute! When Jake and I were on the hunt for some fun sweaters to wear to our party we couldn’t pass up these ones from BoxLunch. They have some great holiday sweaters and I saw they are all 30% off right now! Time to stock up on Christmas sweaters!! Booyah!
Well we had a fun time at the party, I am sad it is over now! It was super fun being able to spend time with some friends and neighbors and celebrate the holidays! Merry Christmas everyone! Thanks for stopping by today!

December 15, 2018What an amazing job you did with your party planning! I love the activities ideas and the drink station and using frozen water bottles in the dispensers and I LOVE the “Merry Christmas You Filthy Animal” sign – ROFLOL! OK. Next year I’m definitely doing something along this theme. When I first looked at this post, I was hating. All of those cookies and I’m doing good to bake two kinds….or any at all. But when I read that they’re purchased, I was so relieved. And they look homemade – they’re beautiful!
