Our Favorite Baby Books
Jake and I really enjoy reading books to our girls. We usually will read a few books in the morning and a few books in the evening! On the girls cute Joules jammies, Peter Rabbit is on them, so thats what made me think of todays topic of our favorite Baby Books! I know there are a ton of great books out there, and lots we have not had a chance to read yet, so today I am going to share our favorite books that have been on repeat so far in our household! There are lots we are looking forward to reading with the girls in the future, but today we are just sharing our favorite quick reads!
Little People BIG DREAMS– There are a ton of these books in the series and we have been loving them! My sister in-law got Rosa Parks for the girls and we loved it so much we bought a few box sets. I have like the books because in each book is about someone who influenced history and shares there story. The books are short, easy to read and share a hardship each person went through and how they overcame it. I love how they are educational and easy to understand!
Baby Animal Finger Puppet Books by Chronicle Books– We got a few of these at a baby shower for our girls and have loved them so much we ended up buying more of them! They are so cute and easy to read and fun once your kids start getting big enough to sit on your lap! Our favorites are the Baby Unicorn, Baby Dragon, and Baby Llama.

The Pigeon Needs A Bath– Have you read this one?!? It’s seriously hilarious and so cute! The pigeon totally has a little attitude and fun kid like personality! I haven’t had a chance to read the authors other books but I want to order some!
Toot– Jake heard about this book from a friend at work and we are so glad they recommend it! This book is seriously a good read! Its super clever and funny.. and yes…. it’s really about TOOTS!
Thats Not My Hat– We got this book at Powells bookstore in Portland. Jake and I were shopping around the kids section and found this book and had to get it! We have gotten a few more from the author and they are great fun, quick reads with babes.

Arctic Animals by Jill McDonald– This book is super cute! The author actually has a lot of cute books! I like how she asks questions in the books and gives lots of real facts as well in the books!
It’s A Small World Furry Friends– We got this book when we were at Disneyland. We just road It’s A Small World with the girls and found this fun book in the gift shop! Jake and I thought it would be a fun first Disneyland souvenir for the girls!
Una The Unicorn Who Loves To Dance– This a Jellycat book, and we are obsessed with the stuffed animals! It’s so fun that they have books now to go with their furry animal friends!
Little Pookie– Two friends got the girls some Little Pookie books! Have you read these before?! They are seriously soooo darling! The books are easy to read, flow well and are entertaining! We have other Sandra Boynton baby books as well, and everyone we have read we have loved!
Do you have any favorite baby books?! We would love to see them in the comments below! I am always up for adding more baby books to our collection!
